Closed a transaction today

It's always a great day when a Real Estate transaction closes.  Tonight, a lucky lady is the proud owner of a new home, an investor made a nice return on his money, the Company made some profit and now has the principle to reinvest into another home, and this agent made a commission!  Everybody wins!  Gotta love Closings!
