Sandy Walters, RA

My Bio

Sandy has grown up in the Real Estate Industry.  She was raised on the Big Island of Hawaii by her parents who are the General contractors of Penny Lane Homes (a known local builder of Luxury Homes in Kona).  She has been on all sides of Real Estate from Buyer, to Seller, to Builder, giving her a great understanding of how the industry works. 

Sandy also spent 6 years in Calgary, Alberta, Canada where she started her own career in Interior Design and Decorating.  She owned and operated a Faux Painting and Interior Decorating Company where her work was featured for 3 years in the Calgary Stampede Dream Homes.  After moving back to Hawaii, Sandy did the Interior Decorating and Staging in many Penny Lane Homes.

Recently, Sandy has expanded her knowledge in the Real Estate Industry and has acquired her Real Estate License.  Specializing in Pre-Foreclosure Homes as well as Luxury Homes, Sandy is a valuable part of the Bridge team.
